January 7 Blog Post: Intro
My first blog post entailed an intro into the Dazzling world! I gave you a summary of what would be discussed and when we would post. The Dazzling Blog had a mission to educate in a spectacular way. My aim was to also offer support and ways on how you could conquer certain events!

The Dazzling Blog post had a mission of educating and inspiring.
The blog post would occur every first Sunday of the month.
A run down of my history in the wedding industry is also described.
February 4 Blog Post: Ways to Save
Getting an event together like a wedding takes a lot of work! Finance is a main priority for a lot of people. In this day in age, prices have drastically increased everywhere. There are several ways on how you can save your coin while throwing a fabulous event.
Summary
Finding ways to save can be a challenge but I have a list for you.
Taking the time to research is a must.
Come up with a manageable budget.
March 3 Blog Post: You’re Engaged So What’s Next?
Taking the next steps with an engagement is a big deal! There are a lot of playing parts. You will first need to decide how you want to go about planning your wedding and if you want to use wedding professionals to help you throughout the process.
Summary
Figure out what type of help you will need and how you want to go about planning your wedding.
There are several wedding professionals that can assist. For starters, I’m a wedding officiant and we have a lot of knowledge pertaining to the wedding ceremony.

April 7 Blog Post: Wedding Etiquette
Throughout my time in the wedding industry, I have came across a lot of wedding parties that had issues with guests and their lack thereof their understanding with wedding etiquette. This post will go over the dos and don’ts pertaining to a wedding.
Summary
There are several things you don’t want to do when attending a wedding and one being to not call the bride/groom on their special day. We want them focused and stress-free. Instead call a close friend, relative, or even the wedding planner with news.
You want to make sure you follow any guidelines or rules on the invite.
Have fun attending but don’t over do it!
May 5 Blog Post: Things Brides Wish They Knew
Brides go through a lot and there are a lot of mistakes that brides can make. With my wedding experience, I will go over the common mistakes that wedding professionals like myself have seen.
Summary
Brides can find themselves having issues with the budget and guestlist.
Do extensive research and use resources available to you.
Have a great support system and bridal party.
June 2 Blog Post: Things Grooms Wish They Knew
The same can be said for grooms when we discuss mistakes that can be made. Lots of grooms feel as if the wedding is only for the bride and that’s not all the way true. The groom plays a huge role on this day.
Summary
Grooms are essential and they play a huge role on the wedding day.
I encourage grooms to plan and to attend meetings with the bride about their day.
The groom’s support system and bridal party also play a huge role on the wedding day.
July 7 Blog Post: Best Wedding Venues in DFW
If you know me, then you know I love a good venue. There are many venues in the DFW area and the prices can vary according to the location and amenities. You will get a list of great venues and a description about their price range. Please be mindful that prices can change each year.
Summary
The DFW area offers a variety of venues. First decide on what type of wedding you want and what would you like the venue to look like.
Consider your budget and ask venue managers upfront for any deals/specials, etc.
Consider going to the venues in person and partaking in consultations.
August 4 Blog Post: Honeymoon Ideas
This is where the fun begins! You have so many options to choose from. Consider what you want your honeymoon to look like. Do you want an international trip, cruise, or a close to home trip?

Honeymoons are used to further celebrate your union.
Honeymoon options can range from international trips, cruises, or close to home resorts/options.
Do your research and weigh out your options.
September 1 Blog Post: Questions to ask Wedding Professionals
If you are a couple looking for support, then this is the blog post for you. Couples will encounter a lot of wedding professionals such as caterers, bakers, officiants, makeup artists, hair stylists, and more.
Summary
Consider what your budget can handle and go from them.
Research and ask lots of questions!

October 6 Blog Post: Decorating on a Budget
I love decorating, but I especially love decorating on a budget. You don’t want to overspend on things that could be done at a cheaper price. Find ways to be creative. I typically find craft YouTube videos and inspiration posts from Pinterest.

Decorating is the fun part during the planning process.
Decorating can be costly but there are ways that you can be creative in order to save.
Find ways to customize and if you have a theme then that’s even better.
November 3 Blog Post: How to Plan a Wedding
A lot of newlyweds struggle with planning accordingly. Having a wedding planner may be the way to go if you are stressed out with planning a wedding.Make sure you give yourself enough time to plan accordingly.

Timing is crucial when planning a wedding.
Consider your third-party options.
Consider the theme of your wedding when planning out the details.
